Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations of their IT systems.
Job Description:
a) Technical Support for PCs, printers, phones, etc.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software
- Technical Operation Support in both English.
- PC setup (Windows OS installation, etc.)
- Response to queries either in person or over the phone/email.
b) Documentation for technical support
– User manuals (revise/update)
– FAQ update
Required experience/knowledge:
– 3+ years of experience in PC technical support.
– Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
– Knowledge of the Active Directory function, such as adding users, password reset, etc.
– Knowledge of Antivirus software and its operation for corporate use (Symantec, etc.)
– Documentation using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Preferred experience/knowledge:
– Experience in using ticket systems.

Salary: DOE ($60K~$70K)
