This role focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients, proposing IT solutions, and driving business growth.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite at the New York office.
Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with existing financial industry clients.
Propose, present, and negotiate IT solutions tailored to client needs.
Handle account management, contracts, and client satisfaction.
Identify new opportunities to expand business with current and prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or account management (3-8 years).
Japanese/English bilingual proficiency required.
IT industry experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
