Overview:

A leading IT company is seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Account Manager to join a leading IT solutions company providing cutting-edge technologies such as ERP, RPA, BI, and AI solutions to global Japanese corporations.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can identify client needs and deliver innovative business solutions.

This role offers a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement depending on location, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities with global Japanese corporations through networking, marketing, and direct outreach.

Propose IT and business solutions tailored to client needs, including ERP, RPA, BI, and AI systems.

Manage relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Handle small-scale project coordination, including communication with domestic and international vendors.

Promote marketing initiatives through the company website, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Support webinars, campaigns, and other marketing events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and client satisfaction.

Travel as needed for client visits and events (valid driver’s license required).

 

Qualifications:

Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (verbal and written).

Experience in solution sales or B2B account management preferred.

Sales experience with Japanese corporations in any industry is highly valued — IT background not required.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).

Hybrid work: employees within commuting distance are expected to work on-site 3 days per week.

Full remote is available for qualified candidates living outside the commuting range.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Valid U.S. driver’s license (for occasional business travel).
