Overview:
We seek a bilingual ERP User Support Specialist to join our team in the New York office.
This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive user support for our ERP system and handling English and Japanese communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Support ERP system users, including troubleshooting, investigating, and resolving conflicts.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance knowledge and utilization of the ERP system.
Assist with data entry corrections and support to ensure accuracy and efficiency in system use.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP user support, with a preference for those who have supported ERP products such as SAP or Dynamics.
A more profound emphasis is placed on user support experience rather than technical ERP knowledge.
Essential knowledge of accounting principles, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Profit/Loss (P/L), and balance sheets.
Preferably 4+ years of general IT support experience.
Qualifications:
Fluent bilingual ability in Japanese and English is required.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused attitude.
