Responsibilities:
– Oversee Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations) implementations from planning to post-launch support.
– Translate business requirements into detailed project documentation and actionable plans.
– Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client needs.
– Facilitate comprehensive end-user training and support.
– Execute testing and data migration, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
– Engage in ongoing client support to optimize system performance post-implementation.
Requirements:
– Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O with finance and supply chain module knowledge.
– Prior experience in functional consulting; experience as a project manager is preferred.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
– Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is preferred.
– Previous consulting experience with SAP or Oracle is advantageous.
– Proficiency in both English and, preferably, Japanese.
