Job Description:
Client Engagement:
– Manage reservations and ticketing for corporate clientele via email or phone.
– Coordinate all airfare, accommodation, transportation, visas, passports, etc.
– Source accurate information from various platforms, including websites and GDS, to optimize cost-efficiency and elevate customer service standards.
– Monitor online booking platforms, issue tickets, and facilitate changes or new bookings as required.
– Resolve flight-related issues promptly, such as weather delays or schedule changes, ensuring customer satisfaction remains paramount.
– Exercise sound judgment in interactions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
– Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of Business Travel products and services and adeptly tailor offerings to meet individual client and traveler needs.
– Address client queries of invoices, refunds, credits, and no-show charges.
Talent Management Acumen:
– Stay abreast of travel technology advancements impacting business travel.
– Effectively showcase all relevant products and services within the business travel domain.
– Log all activities and documentation meticulously into SalesForce.com.
– Uphold high ethical standards in all professional engagements.

Work Schedule:
