Overview
A prominent global financial institution seeks an accomplished professional to join the Treasury COO Office as Vice President.
This role is central to driving strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory readiness, and strengthening collaboration across Treasury, Risk, Finance, and Technology functions.
You will work closely with regional leadership and Head Office to shape effective strategies, enhance operational governance, and promote excellence in Treasury management.
Responsibilities
Oversee and advance key Treasury initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Support senior Treasury leaders in strategic planning, communication, and decision-making.
Monitor new regulatory developments and analyze their impact on liquidity, capital, and funding operations.
Lead the coordination of audit and compliance activities, ensuring alignment with firmwide standards.
Develop clear and persuasive presentations communicating Treasury objectives and progress to management and stakeholders.
Contribute to defining Treasury’s Target Operating Model, strategic budgeting, and resource planning.
Serve as a bridge between the Americas Treasury organization and the Head Office, fostering transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, regulatory compliance, or financial management.
Strong understanding of liquidity and capital regulations, and their application within global banking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
Proven organizational strength and a proactive, self-driven approach.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data-driven analysis skills is a plus.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese preferred.
