Proven experience in U.S. corporate sales, with several years in the field.

Previous experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.

Bilingual fluency in both Japanese and English.

Exceptional sales skills with a proven track record.

Location: Full Remote (candidates must be located in New York, Los Angeles, or Mid-west areas)

Job Description:

Client Development:

Travel to client sites to conduct personal sales presentations.

Perform market research to identify potential clients and generate new corporate accounts.

Create and distribute sales collateral, including flyers and emails.

Engage in both Group and Leisure sales activities, including escorting tours.

Enhance customer retention by recommending products and services that surpass client expectations.

Participate in broader sales and marketing strategies, understanding their impact on organizational goals.

Client Management:

Build and sustain robust relationships with key clients through meetings and consistent communication.

Manage ongoing client interactions via phone and email to foster business relationships.

Address and resolve complex customer service issues.
Continuously align with client needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Maintain strong connections with clients and stakeholders.

Meeting, Incentive, and Event Management:

Oversee the development and execution of client reporting.

Analyze client spending to highlight and achieve potential savings.

Implement advanced technological solutions, such as event registration systems.

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms in collaboration with the Contract and Risk Management team.

Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
