Team Leadership and Operational Oversight:

Accounts Receivable and Payable Management:
– Oversee all accounts receivable and payable aspects, ensuring meticulous execution and operational efficiency.
Daily Deposit Oversight:
– Manage the process of daily deposits, affirming the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions.
Banking and Transactions:
– Conduct detailed bank reconciliations and monitor transactions to detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
– Lead the preparation and delivery of routine reports and respond swiftly to ad hoc inquiries and data requests.
– Guide financial analysis efforts to provide deeper insights into business metrics.
General Ledger and Financial Integrity:

Specialized Accounting Functions:

Qualifications:
Experience and Leadership in Accounting:
– At least three years of accounting experience, including at least one year in a leadership role, demonstrating a robust understanding of accounting principles.
Bilingual Proficiency:
– Fluent in Japanese and English, capable of effective communication within a diverse team and multiple departments.
