Summary:
The IT Infrastructure Engineer position requires a strong foundation in computer networking, routing protocols, network protocols, IT, network engineering, and operating systems. Additionally, premium skills in WAN, Cisco ISE, PKI, IT infrastructure, Cisco ASA, and experience with data centers are highly valued.
Knowledge of LAN, IDS, IPsec, load balancing, Debian, cloud security, CentOS, system administration, AWS, VPN, firewall, openSUSE, and VMWare will also benefit this role. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash and experience in ESXi, Linux, and Active Directory are essential for success in this position.
Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including computer networking, routing, and network protocols.
– Manage and troubleshoot WAN and LAN networks, utilizing premium skills such as Cisco ISE, PKI, and Cisco ASA.
– Ensure IT infrastructure security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and IDS systems.
– Collaborate with teams to optimize load balancing and cloud security measures.
– Perform system administration tasks on various operating systems like Debian, CentOS, and openSUSE.
– Utilize virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESXi and vSphere to maintain data center operations.
– Automate tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Shell Scripting.
– Monitor and optimize service performance on Citrix, Apache, and AWS platforms.
– Support Active Directory services and Linux environments within the IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in Japanese and English.
– Experience in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
– Windows Server 2012 or above (Installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
– Active Directory (Configuration, troubleshooting)
– Data backup and migration using PowerShell
– Hardware support (RAID failure, etc.)
– Experience in building virtual environments using VMware.
– Creation of ESXi hosts.
– Experience in the use of VMware vSphere
– Maintenance of vSAN. (Preferrable)
– Basic knowledge of TCP/IP
– Experience in Linux Administration and troubleshoots.
– RedHat Enterprise Linux, etc
