Overview
A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a Project Manager to oversee mission-critical initiatives at a major financial institution.
This position requires an on-site presence at client offices in Manhattan or New Jersey (2–4 days per week, in accordance with client policies).
Responsibilities
Manage financial industry projects end-to-end, from initiation through successful delivery.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines aligned with client requirements.
Oversee cross-functional teams and manage communication across stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Japanese/English bilingual proficiency required.
Experience in transaction banking systems, IT system implementation, or digital transformation is highly valued.
